BAKERY PRODUCTS

Bio28's bread only uses Italian flours from ancient grains and is made with sourdough obtained from wine must and apple fermentation. They can be made more nutritious with vegetables from the garden, enriching the result in both taste and colour. For those looking for a balanced intake of vegetable protein without sacrificing the taste of bread, you can order protein breads made with chickpea and spelt flours.

At Bio28 we choose to produce compotes with a low sugar content, and we follow the seasonality of our gardens.
