To attend classes, you must be enrolled in Scuola28 while free swimming access only does not require enrollment.

POOL OPEN ACCESS

Open swim sessions allow for 50 minutes in the water, followed by the chance to unwind in our relaxation area, surrounded by nature. A perfect way to recharge and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere!

SEBASTIAN
3 - 6 Years Old

Dedicated to children who have not yet reached school age, this swimming class allows them to develop, through more conscious control of their bodies, the perception that water is a safe, fascinating and fun element in a welcoming and non-competitive environment.

FLOUNDER I
6 - 14 Years Old

This course is dedicated to children who are not yet familiar with water.

It is focused on developing prone and supine buoyancy, early forms of propulsion, breathing and initiating an introduction to swimming styles by laying the foundation for greater safety in the water environment.

FLOUNDER II
6 - 14 Years Old

The course is for those who possess buoyancy skills and can move without instructional aids. The course aims to perfect technique in the four swimming styles (freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly), improving body control, breathing and efficiency in the water.

TRITON
14 Years and Older

This course allows teens and adults to devote an hour to themselves, improving and refining their understanding of basic and intermediate aquatic skills with the guidance of our instructors.

AQUAGYM
14 Years and Older

Water aerobics is a complete training that combines aerobic and toning exercises. Thanks to the resistance of the water, it provides an effective workout that strengthens muscles, improves circulation and reduces stress on joints, making it ideal for all ages and fitness levels.
