In this two-hour workshop, you'll have the opportunity to explore how yoga, combined with functional mobility exercises, can create new space within the body, making movement more fluid and natural, while helping to reduce the tension and pain related to stiffness or everyday posture.
You’ll move through dynamic flows, deep joint work, breath-led transitions and playful exercises designed to build strength, stability and freedom from within. These practices can help prevent injury, improve posture, reduce chronic pain and enhance performance in yoga, sports, and everyday life.
This workshop is open to everyone, yogis, dancers, athletes, or anyone simply looking to feel more agile, both on the mat and in daily life.
No specific skills are required, just curiosity and the desire to move.
