Samuele is a passionate pizzaiolo with a deep love for the art of pizza. He studied at the “Sergio Ronco” Culinary Institute in Trino, where he gained a solid foundation in the culinary field.

Throughout his career, Samuele had the opportunity to work in several pizzerias, refining his skills and learning the secrets of traditional pizza-making.

In his pizza courses, Samuele shares not only dough and baking techniques but also the passion he pours into every creation. He firmly believes that every pizza tells a story, and his goal is to help each participant discover their own. Whether beginners or experts, Samuele is ready to guide them on a culinary journey filled with fresh ingredients, unique flavor combinations, and the magic of the oven
