Sunday Wellnesswith Arkè
Join us for a day where wellness and the movement are harmoniously intertwined.Bio28, in cooperation with Arkè, invites you to an experience dedicated to physical improvement, with a series of workouts designed to get to know your body, tone all muscle groups, and work on flexibility and mobility. The day begins with the BioWalk, a power walk in which exercises for legs, arms and back awaken and strengthen the entire body, while guided breathing sequences help improve the lung capacity. A workout on Gravity machines follows, to train without straining your joints. At the end of the day, the Stretching 2.0 session offers the body the opportunity to stretch and relax.
Those who wish may spend the night in our Glamping.

Gravity Soft
Gravity Soft is a functional, complete workout suitable for everyone. This class is perfect as an introduction to Gravity or for those who want to review its basics and increase their body awareness. Take advantage of the presence of two master trainers for a more personalised support: they will be present to correct your positions and answer all your questions in a way that will deepen your training.
Gravity Happy Back
This class is designed for the well-being of your back, with exercises aimed at preventing back pain or relieving pain, improving posture and strengthening the deep stabilising muscles. This class includes strengthening exercises to support the back and postural muscles, prevention and relief exercises, and deep stretching to relax tension and improve flexibility. Two master trainers will be on hand to guide, correct postures and answer any questions, ensuring a personalised and safe experience.
Gravity Strength
Gravity Strength empowers the body with strength and control! This class is for those who want to develop and increase strength, endurance and stability through functional and dynamic exercises. It is ideal for improving physical performance, toning muscles and gaining more body control. There will be toning and hypertrophy exercises together with elements of cardio using the Tabata protocol.
Stretching 2.0
Stretching improves joint range of motion, improves posture, facilitates relaxation and alleviates back pain. It offers great psychophysical well-being in the long term and is ideal for sportsmen and women as well as for those with fewer opportunities for sport. It is recommended after Gravity Strength or even as individual weekend practice.
