At Bio28, our passion for great food meets vegan creativity!

Imagine stepping into a warm and inviting atmosphere, surrounded by the comforting aromas of freshly baked treats. Now, add a touch of magic: every ingredient is 100% plant-based, sustainable, and chosen to celebrate nature in all its glory.

During the class, participants will prepare, together with our Pastry Chef Sara Daidone participants will prepare two recipes, learning how to recognise different ingredients, how to use legumes to make pastries and how to pair new combinations. Participants will then bring their treats at home.  

Whether you live amidst the hills of Monferrato or in the bustling heart of the city, this workshop is designed for those who love to experiment and discover new ways to make desserts. Set aside butter and eggs, and get ready to be surprised.

Following the class, lunch is included in the day's programme.
