THE EYE

The Eye is an architectural structure, oval-shaped, from which its name was inspired. The venue emerged from the shared vision of Ohad Naharin and Orsolina28 to create an ideal place to host Gaga seminars.

With its particular design, the Eye offers versatility for hosting various disciplines while also serving as an unconventional space for performances. Situated on a meadow of Cherry trees adjacent to the Glamping, the structure has been designed with collapsible walls to allow a 15 meters proscenium for performances. Audiences sit in the open air. Deliberately projected and designed without mirrors, this circular space is a venue for live performances and seminars. It measures 435 square meters with 3.80 meters in height, and is equipped with Harlequin flooring. The space was inaugurated in summer 2022 with the European premiere of “2019”, the full-evening work by renowned Israeli choreographer Ohad Naharin for Bastheva Dance Company.
