Gravity and Yoga Experience

Join us for a Sunday dedicated to you, where wellness and movement are harmoniously intertwined.

Bio28 Sundays are experiences dedicated to physical and mental improvement, with a series of sessions designed to learn about one's body, tone muscles, work on flexibility and mobility, and find a balance between body and mind.

Fitness Workshops

The day's agenda includes a “Gravity Soft” class dedicated to all those who want to discover this discipline and review their basics; a “Happy Back” class dedicated to posture and back strength; and in the afternoon, a third “Gravity Strength” class for those who wish to challenge the limits of their body and improve their cardiovascular tone, recommended in combination with the “Stretching 2.0” class immediately afterwards.

Yoga and Meditation

Our Yoga teacher Maria Schönhofer will offer a  workshop dedicated to meditation. This beginner-friendly class offers a gentle and practical introduction to meditation, designed to help you cultivate inner calm, clarity, and focus.

Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve concentration, or simply find a moment of peace in your busy day, this workshop provides a welcoming space to begin your meditation journey. No prior experience is required: just bring yourself and a willingness to explore.

A Complete Experience

Combine the physical effort with a relaxing steam bath and stop for a healthy, delicious lunch or a well-earned pizza night.

Introduction to Meditation

We will start the workshop with a gentle practice that will help you meditate and then we’ll explore the following:

- The Basics of Meditation: what it is, how it works, and why it’s beneficial for your mind and body.

- Simple Techniques: learn and practice foundational meditation methods, such as breath awareness, body scanning, and mindfulness.

- Overcoming Common Challenges: tips to handle distractions, restlessness, or doubts that arise during meditation.

- Creating a Personal Practice: how to integrate meditation into your daily life in a way that feels sustainable and effective.

Gravity Happy Back 

Gravity Happy Back is a functional, comprehensive workout, suitable for everyone, that allows the strengthening of the deep stabilizing muscles responsible for supporting the spine. Improved abdominal stability, combined with deep stretching, gives better posture, allowing you to relieve back pain, relax tension and improve flexibility. 

Gravity Flow 

Gravity Flow is an effective and fun workout for the whole body. An extensive library of exercises for each muscle district, using only the force of gravity and your own body weight, makes the workout challenging, fluid and harmonious., Strength, coordination, fluidity and muscle stretching are the ingredients of the class.
