THE BEGINNING OF MAY HAS ALWAYS BEEN A TIME OF CELEBRATION AND JOY. WHEN SPRING REACHES ITS PEAK, NATURE IS IN FULL BLOOM, SYMBOLIZING ABUNDANCE, VITALITY AND MOVEMENT.

A sensory and transformative journey
Over these four days, you will have the opportunity to cleanse both body and mind through movement during the day and meditative rituals like a sacred cacao ceremony and sound bath at night. You will be guided through mindful walks in nature and wellness sessions designed to ground you in the present and amplify your inner energy.

Conscious movement
The program includes Yoga, Pilates, Gravity, Acquagym, and Dances classes, designed to awaken the body with fluidity and balance, strengthening your inner power and connection with yourself.

Outdoor and SPA activities
Rediscover the pleasure of slowing down by exploring scenic paths by bike, enjoy the serene energy of our stunning pool, unwind in the warmth of the spa, or simply relax in our green spaces, embracing the silence and beauty of nature.

Connection with nature
Discover the power of herbs, plants and our commitment to regenerative agriculture through a workshop with our expert agronomist, and a smudge stick making session.

Space sharing with Orsolina28 Art Foundation
Bio28 shares its spaces with Orsolina28 Art Foundation, a non profit organisation born to promote and transform the future of the performing arts into a social culture. These days you will also have the chance to discover its mission and values on a special tour and get a glimpse into one of our inspiring dance residencies.

Discover the local scene
We conclude this weekend with a visit to the local antic market on Sunday, soaking in spring’s vibrant energy and getting a taste of Italy’s dolce vita culture.

At Bio28 we are happy to welcome partners, children and our special furry friends (against an additional cleaning fee). Children can enjoy the pool in the afternoon hours or simply enjoy playing outside. Practices are reserved for age groups 14+. The smudge stick making session is also open for smaller kids.

This weekend is facilitated by all of our Bio28 specialists and in particular curated & hosted by our wellness curator Maria.

Full Bloom is a retreat for those who seek to reconnect with their essence, awaken the senses, and embrace the renewal that spring brings.We look forward to welcoming you to Bio28 for an experience that nourishes the body, mind, and soul. You can participate in the entire program or just a partial one.

Dance Lab
An active and energizing session to explore how we can listen to and guide our bodies, developing dynamics in harmony with space and music. It’s an opportunity to challenge our senses and connect with others. Perfect for those new to movement and rhythm.

Cacao Ceremony
Immerse yourself in a lush greenhouse filled with vibrant plants for a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath. Sip warm ceremonial cacao as you awaken your senses, connect within, and set your intentions. Then, let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and gongs guide you into profound relaxation, surrounded by the energy of nature in full bloom. A journey of presence, connection, and renewal.

Organic and Regenerative Horticulture
From space planning and plant associations to soil preparation, fertilization techniques, maintenance, and harvesting, this immersive experience offers a comprehensive insight into the techniques and benefits of cultivating a regenerative organic garden.

Smudge Stick Creation
During a walk through our flourishing fields, we will gather aromatic and wild herbs to transform into a natural incense bundle, a “smudge stick.” Take home a fragrant reminder of this experience and the vibrant energy of nature.

Activating Breathwork and Movement
Start your day with an energizing breath and movement class designed to awaken both body and mind. This one-hour session combines breathwork, yoga, and dynamic movement to boost circulation, enhance vitality, and set a positive tone for the day. Leave feeling invigorated, grounded, and ready to embrace the morning with clarity and energy.

Pilates Matwork
Pilates Matwork exercises involve the entire body, maintaining tone and elasticity, with a comprehensive program that focuses on postural muscles.

Somatic Yoga
The class offers a balance between activating and relaxing movement. The goal is to improve strength, flexibility and mobility; increase the ability to listen to your body; explore intuitive movement; and release stress and tensions with a more spontaneous and fluid practice. Suitable for everyone, even beginners, it offers an inclusive and liberating experience for those seeking a deeper connection with themselves through mindful movement.

Gravity® Training System
Lessons utilize one’s natural bodyweight without overloading the spine nor the joints, thus helping to improve mobility and fitness while preventing injuries. Alternating between strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and control exercises, the practice offers a specific, motivating, and enjoyable training, ideal for dancers, athletes, and anyone simply wanting to train, stay fit, and increase their bodies’ physical abilities safely.

Bio28 offers shared glamping accommodations in comfortable and eco-friendly geodesic domes:

Thermal-insulated geodesic domes set on wooden platforms.

Modernly designed bathrooms located near the domes.

Simple and practical furnishings, with standard beds on wooden platforms.

Capacity: Participants will be hosted in domes for 4 people and 6 people.

Heating and air conditioning are available in each tent.
