Mindful Wine Tasting

Rediscover the taste of wine, as if it was the first time.

Bio28 invites the community to a sensory-immersive meditation experience. 

The day begins with a Gravity class, to wake up the body and muscles. After lunch, with our chefs, all participants will cook three  tapas to accompany the wines. 
The culinary experience concludes with a mindful tasting of three local wines, led by Marta Indra di Giulio.

The goal is to learn how to savor wine, enjoying it in a mindful and attentive way.
Let yourself be swept away by tasting every flavour!

GravityⓇ

The GRAVITY Training System is the training system of Elevate Encompass TOTAL GYM. Matilde Demarchi is an International Master Trainer. The basic principle of this machine of infinite potential is the use of gravity, which is harnessed to develop effective and safe workouts. Classes are conducted using the body's natural weight without ever overloading the spine or joints, thus helping to improve mobility, fitness and prevent injury. The alternation of strengthening, stretching, balance, coordination, and control exercises provides access to a specific, motivating, and fun type of workout that is ideal for dancers, athletes, or simply those who want to train, stay fit, and increase their physical abilities safely.

Mindful Wine Tasting

The mindful tasting is an experiential-meditative activity, to savor with all senses both wine and food, as if it was the first time. Slowly and quietly, get in touch with your body sensations as you eat and drink. Together we will share a deeply individual and collective experience inspired by what is in the glass and in the plate.

Cooking Class

Participants will learn how to prepare three tapas to accompany the wine tasting, using local products and the gardens’ vegetables.
