Yoga workshop

We invite you to a workshop dedicated to the renewal of body and mind, perfect for the transition period between the darkness of winter and the return of spring light.

February is an ideal time to prepare for spring with mindfulness, following the  awakening nature.

Take a break to reconnect with yourself and the earth by immersing yourself in Shri Devi Yoga. This ancient, wonder-filled practice honors the feminine principle as a universal creative force. The day will include yoga, meditation, activities in nature, and moments of rejuvenating rest, encouraging a soft inner awakening, increasing your vitality, and feeling the deep synergy that connects you to nature and its cycles.

Shri Devi Yoga
Shri Devi Yoga, the Yoga of the Sacred Feminine, is an ancient practice rooted in Shri Vidya, the path of devotion to Shakti, the feminine principle. This gentle and profound style is a dance between physical practices, sound and breath to find the way of the body, the way home.

Horticulture
With this horticulture activity, participants will plant seeds or bulbs, immersing themselves in the cycles of nature. You will discover the secrets of the earth in an engaging and educational experience.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a gentle practice that uses a variety of objects to support your body as you perform passive stretching exercises. Restorative poses, which can be held for five or more minutes, counterbalance more active, flowing styles of yoga and other movement practices.

Meditative Walking
You will have the opportunity to walk in nature performing meditative exercises that will encourage a deep immersion in the nature around us.
