Sunday Wellness
with Arkè

Join us for a day where wellness and the movement are harmoniously intertwined.Bio28, in cooperation with Arkè, invites you to an experience dedicated to physical improvement, with a series of workouts designed to get to know your body, tone all muscle groups, and work on flexibility and mobility. The day begins with the BioWalk, a power walk in which exercises for legs, arms and back awaken and strengthen the entire body, while guided breathing sequences help improve the lung capacity. A workout on Gravity machines follows, to train without straining your joints. At the end of the day, the Stretching 2.0 session offers the body the opportunity to stretch and relax.

Those who wish may spend the night in our Glamping.

ACTIVITIES
BioWalk
Designed by Matilde Demarchi, BioWalk is a type of training that combines movement awareness with dynamic work. During the course, different types of steps are explored and, thanks to a series of exercises with Matilde's Braid, the upper part of the body is involved, increasing the oxygenation of the muscles and the pleasure of being outdoors in the green hills.

Gravity®
The GRAVITY Training System is the training system of Elevate Encompass TOTAL GYM. Matilde Demarchi is an International Master Trainer. The basic principle of this machine of infinite potential is the use of gravity, which is harnessed to develop effective and safe workouts. Classes are conducted using the body's natural weight without ever overloading the spine or joints, thus helping to improve mobility, fitness and prevent injury. The alternation of strengthening, stretching, balance, coordination, and control exercises provides access to a specific, motivating, and fun type of workout that is ideal for dancers, athletes, or simply those who want to train, stay fit, and increase their physical abilities safely.

Stretching 2.0
This stretching session uses free-body exercises and various tools, such as balls of different sizes or Matilde’s Braid, to improve mobility, realign bones and muscles and help prevent injuries.
