This class is based on energetic yoga such as Vinyasa Yoga, to activate the cardiovascular system.
The program is designed to combine the fluidity of yoga and the effectiveness of a functional approach, creating a dynamic and comprehensive practice that combines strength, flexibility and balance, while maintaining an inclusive and adaptable environment.
Through energetic sequences and fluid transitions, basic asanas are practised, gradually integrating some more advanced asanas. Each class begins with mindfulness exercises and breathing work, to warm up the body; subsequently, the pace increases with standing poses, where the focus shifts to strength, balance and even cardiovascular endurance. Finally, we return to the floor to perform stretching and flexibility asanas, allowing the body to relax and recover, ending each class in a balanced and rejuvenating way.
